Parminder Singh Malhi has graduated law from Faculty of Law, Delhi University. He is an alumnus of Panjab University, Chandigarh as well, having completed two post graduations from this reputed institution. In his 19 years of practice, he has represented various domestic and international clients in litigation and non-litigation matters. He has obtained valuable experience and developed a penchant for undertaking complete civil and criminal matters.
During his practice he has been on the legal panel of Panjab University for three years representing the institution in all the courts, Legal advisor to various real estate firms and private Banks by representing these institutions and organizations in concerned courts, tribunals and the Hon’ble High Court. Mr. Singh has excelled in the field of litigation, contractual matters and liaison between private real estate developers and concerned governmental departments, from getting approvals and permissions to the final implementations of the projects.
With his great leadership qualities and advisory skills, he has created a name for himself and his firm in the field of law.
